- Groups: every day from mid-February to mid-December depending on the available visit slots.
- Individuals: every day from the beginning of April to the end of October depending on the available visit slots.
Visits are possible only from 8 years old.

Tours may be cancelled in the case of major maintenance works or force majeure. Please refer to the general sales conditions for further information.
The guided tours are available only by reservation, for both individuals and groups.
